Behaviour and Anti-Bullying

At Farcet Church of England Primary School we recognise that safety and happiness is essential for effective learning to take place and for our children to flourish.  Our Church School inspires everyone to reach their unique and full potential in a happy and encouraging Christian atmosphere and our behaviour policy outlines how we expect children and adults to behave in order to ensure children are happy, safe and showing positive attitudes to their learning.

We have the highest expectations of children's learning and behaviour and encourage all children to have high aspirations.  Our guiding vision is that ‘I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.’ Philippians 4:13

At Farcet, we believe that all pupils have the right to learn in a supportive, caring and safe environment without the fear of bullying or harassment.

Through our Christian Values, our school community embraces individuality and celebrates those qualities that make us all unique.

Bullying is not tolerated at our school and we have a clear policy on how to prevent, identify and respond to bullying behaviour.

The policy below explains our approach to promoting positive behaviour and explains what happens when children make inappropriate behaviour choices and the action that is taken in order to help children improve their behaviour.
